In the UK, we generally don’t have PSA’s. The humans living here are free to stick their heads down manholes in busy streets or jump on top of helicopters from tall buildings while juggling watermelons filled with spent nuclear isotopes without the government sticking their damned noses into our business. But I understand that PSA’s are rather common in the American States over there, especially in the county of Idaho after all those gunpowder smoking fatalities last year.
