“Whatcha Readin’?” is Great Plains vernacular for “What are you reading?”  This is a sweet, unassuming column meant to impart one’s recent experiences in casual reading. In other words, I want to tell you what I’ve been reading lately and after I do, I’d like to know what you’ve been reading lately, as well. 

Last time, I stated emphatically that no one wants to hear about your intellectual reading pursuits.  At the time, I was hoping you would share everything fun that passes beneath your eyeballs – books, magazines, pamphlets, etc. - without feeling like you had to be all literary given the number of smartypants that camp out on this site.  I’m changing my mind.  I want to hear about everything you’re reading, good and bad, rollicking and somber, literary and pulpy, so please don’t hold back, Irish.  If you’re giving Troll0pe another go-around, I want to know about it.  Plus, I love you.  Yes, you.
