If the Casey Anthony trial taught me anything, it’s that just because someone is acquitted of a crime, it doesn’t mean they didn’t do it. By extension of that, you probably don’t want to associate yourself with that person because you just KNOW he/she is guilty, no matter what a silly verdict by a bunch of hillbillies said. Apparently, the Republican National Congressional Committee agrees with me. Last week, the RNCC urged congressional candidate Lois Frankel (D-FL) to give back a $5,000 campaign contribution made by Dan Catalfumo. Catalfumo, a contractor out of Palm Beach county, was arrested in 2003 for allegedly choking and slapping his fiance before throwing her into a glass picture frame, resulting in stitches to her back and arms and staples in her head.
