Wordsmoker

In these dire economic times, the most we can ask for is that those close to us smell lovely. Because I like to ask the important questions, I’d like to get a sense of how Wordsmokers feel about the always timely issue of man-stank. Namely, how do we all feel about men wearing cologne?

I myself grew up in a household with a male metrosexual at the helm, and perhaps that influenced my feelings on the issue, as my father always wore some cologne of the moment (there was Obsession for Men at one time, then Issey Miyake). Because I grew up on Long Island, I also know the nasal violence wrought by guidos who like to pour the shit on, offending the sensibilities of all those unfortunate enough to come within a half-mile of them. So my feeling is that just a touch is needed, only enough so that when you come close to the man in question, you get that sensual waft of sweet-smelling man.
