OF COURSE IT DOESN’T. Hahaha! As far as I can find out (using my Internet Trickery) it’s from either The Yes Men, or one of their wonderful offshoots.  As corporate-malfeasance parodies go, the entire site is perfect. The work gone into it is pretty amazing, and the Orwellian double-speak is completely spot-on. I urge you to visit coalcares.org. Oh, and see if any of the mainstream media fall for any stories about Peabody Coal giving out free asthma inhalers. Should be fun.

And maybe that one time when I nailed that heart to the neighbor’s door made you feel like I didn’t have your back. But as I’ve said time and time again, the devil made me do it. Also, never mind that dead body behind the curtain. Or that unfinished dissertation.

Crafty Bastards: Makin’ It With Lego!

The 60s had Pop Art and Op Art. The 70s gave us Graffiti. What new artistic breakthrough do we get in the ‘Oughts? Legos. And lots of ‘em.

These plastic bricks from Denmark are the bane of every parent’s existence. There is nothing worse than stepping on them in the dark at 3AM on your way to the loo. Modern artists, though, have come up with some nifty ideas which may want to make you rethink throwing them all out.
