Faux 5 Second Movie Review: Step Up Revolution

Just like Magic Mike with an occasional girl and pants!
I have to be honest. I wouldn’t watch this piece of dreck if I had a starring role in it. I also haven’t seen Magic Mike. The preview for Step Up Revolution just looked so uncommonly shitty that I didn’t believe that it should go without comment. Here it is:

If this ever actually comes to Miami, I’m going to emigrate to North Korea or some other country where they summarily execute protestors.

    I wanted to post some hysterical commentary, but the IMDB synopsis is so much better:

    The Mob sets the dancing against the vibrant backdrop of Miami. Emily arrives in Miami with aspirations of becoming a professional dancer and soon falls in love with Sean, a young man who leads a dance crew in elaborate, cutting-edge flash mobs, called “The Mob”. When a wealthy business man threatens to develop The Mob’s historic neighborhood and displace thousands-of people, Emily must work together with Sean and The Mob to turn their performance art into protest art, and risk losing their dreams to fight for a greater cause.
