Four famous men were in the news this week for making anti-Zionist statements. Test your knowledge of these well known Jew-haters with this matching quiz!

A) Sheen

B) Galliano

C) Assange

D) Saleh

1. This rogue journalist and alleged rapist claims that Private Eye Magazine was “part of a conspiracy led by the Guardian which included journalist David Leigh, editor Alan Rusbridger and John Kampfner from Index on Censorship – all of whom are Jewish.” (Fake apology pending) – The Guardian ___________

2. This embattled president of Yemen was quoted as saying, “I am going to reveal a secret. There is an operations room in Tel Aviv with the aim of destabilising the Arab world. The operations room is in Tel Aviv and run by the White House.” (Fake apology offered) – Wall Street Journal ___________

3. A fashion icon, this recently unemployed designer, who is also apparently ignorant of Paragraph 175, was video taped saying this at a Parisian Cafe, “No, but I love Hitler, and people like you would be dead today. Your mothers, your forefathers, would be fucking gassed and fucking dead.” (Fake apology offered) – NY Times ___________

4. This television and film actor uses Chuck Lorre’s Hebrew name when he is writing angry, violent letters to remind us all that to him Jews are just earthworms: “What does this say about Haim Levine [Chuck Lorre] after he tried to use his words to judge and attempt to degrade me. I gracefully ignored this folly for 177 shows … I fire back once and this contaminated little maggot can’t handle my power and can’t handle the truth. I wish him nothing but pain in his silly travels especially if they wind up in my octagon. Clearly I have defeated this earthworm with my words — imagine what I would have done with my fire breathing fists. I urge all my beautiful and loyal fans who embraced this show for almost a decade to walk with me side-by-side as we march up the steps of justice to right this unconscionable wrong.” (Fake apology not expected) – The National Ledger ___________

Not surprised. Here in Yurp, lots of antisemites. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard about the International Jewish Conspiracy…from lefties, hippies, bankers, you name it. Last week in class, a student (30 year old professional)asked me, a bit suspiciously, why Jews were so successful and so well educated. “Well, let’s see, now..” I said. “We’re in Spain, right? Ever hear of Torquemada?” She shut up.

I don’t understand why people invest so much time and energy into antisemitism. Especially when it’s obviously Mexicans who are destroying America.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/uncivily-obedient-2-2/ uncivilly obedient

    Mexicans with dual Mexican/Israeli citizenship.

    Glenn Beck:

“When you talk about rabbis, understand that most — most people who are not Jewish don’t understand that there are the Orthodox rabbis, and then there are the reformed rabbis. Reformed rabbis are generally political in nature. It’s almost like Islam, radicalized Islam in a way, to where it is just — radicalized Islam is less about religion than it is about politics. When you look at the reform Judaism, it is more about politics.”

@ uncivilly obedient: Was Beck wearing his glasses and trying to look professorial? Because that’s when I find him the most credible.

This friend of mine thoroughly ruined the lives of two Jewish princesses. They told him so. Over and over through the years. How come he’s not on the list?

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/chillbearlatrigue/ Chillbear Latrigue

On the bright side, the Hitler’s Youth, Holocaust-denier-supporting Pope has said that all Jews are not responsible for Jesus’s death. That’s big of him.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/blix/ Blix

    @ SarahHeartburn:
Reprehensibility aside, I think she should get credit for knowing who Torquemada was.

  • http://wordsmoker.com misslinda

I would like to nominate Chillbear as an honorary Member Of The Tribe. I think this needs to be approved by Dahl and Bookish before it’s official, so don’t go bragging to your friends about it just yet.

This pisses me off as I spent my entire Sunday afternoon making homemade Bint al-Sahn for the Girls Scouts’ World Thinking Day. Fucking Yemeni president!

Are you implying that Reform Jews from Great Plains states don’t get a vote?

  • http://wordsmoker.com misslinda

    @ Mama Penguino:
I thought the rules were that Reformed Jews can nominate goyim, but don’t actually get a vote. No matter though, he’s pretty much a shoe-in. We’re always looking to sweeten the gene pool with a pair of baby blues.

    @ misslinda:
Also, South Florida. Do I need to say more?

  • http://wordsmoker.com misslinda

    @ DieterTheMasseur:
Silly, there are no Jews under the age of 60 living in South Florida! Too bad he’s not over 6 feet tall, we could use the height. But the light hair, blue eyes and the ability to tan will definitely be an asset.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/chillbearlatrigue/ Chillbear Latrigue

    @ misslinda:I’m 5’11″. I know I actually seem shorter, but that’s how I measure up.

I suppose I should hold this back until my nomination is confirmed, but I would consider it a great achievement to be a part of your tribe. However, in fairness, I’m not sure that my ancestors or I have paid our dues. I do appreciate that you all see me as an ally. That means a lot to me.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/chillbearlatrigue/ Chillbear Latrigue

@ misslinda: I’m also not bringing much to the gene pool. The Wordsmoker Jewish women are hot. I’ve met a few of you and seen photos of others.

Or orthodox Jews from New York.

Ok, you must have some Jewish blood then. Aren’t all non Jewish people of European descent in the high 6′s?

Maybe your great-great grandmother had an affair with a shtetel Jew.

  • http://wordsmoker.com misslinda

    @ uncivilly obedient:
Orthodox Jews from New York are the holy grail, of course you get a vote!

@ Chillbear: you are much taller (and yummier) in person than in photos, but 5’11″, I dunno about that, maybe in heels?

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/mama-penguino-2-2-2/ Mama Penguino

@ misslinda: But, but, but . . . I teach religious school and I rarely miss services and I’m a member of the Federation, damn it! I know my alef bet and parts of the body and of course my mishpacha! Also, I’m Unciv’s BFF. Doesn’t that count for something?

  • http://wordsmoker.com misslinda

    @ Mama Penguino:
Don’t ask me, Mama P, I’m an atheist!

@ Chillbear: I take back what I said, I took a look at your photos and you’re definitely taller than Rumsfeld but slightly shorter than Clinton, so unless you were wearing your Manolo Blahniks in both photos, you may actually be 5’11″. My overall assessment still stands though, you are most definitely yummy.

@ misslinda: Also, you two need to get a room.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/sarahheartburn/ SarahHeartburn

@ Blix:No biggee, because I’m here in Spain. It’s like knowing who Ben Franklin is.

Bad idea. He’d just try to live blog it and that would get messy for everyone what with all of the typos and awkward pauses.

    @ Mama Penguino:
Because I’m so tech-challenged, I cannot figure out how to send you a PM here, and I lost all my email addresses when I got this new gotdamned laptop. Anywho, read Never Let Me Go over the holidays, and while I enjoyed it, I wish I hadn’t known the premise beforehand; it changed the way I read the book. I sent it along to another friend and refused to tell her the premise – I hope she enjoys it, too!

Also, did anyone here besides me hear Diane Von Furstenburg’s excuse/anti-Semitism apology for Galiano this morning? Made me ill. I may have a shirt with her label in my closet – it’s nothing I can’t do without, so out it goes.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/blix/ Blix

    @ SarahHeartburn:
Ah, that makes sense. In parochial school they really danced around the subject, “Nothing to see here…move along”.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/bjonston/ BJonston

I vote yes to approve CB as an honorary member of the Tribe.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/dieterthemasseur/ DieterTheMasseur

Do already-honorary-members get a vote? If so, I vote yeah.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/uncivily-obedient-2-2/ uncivilly obedient

@Chillbear: Well, now that you’re a Jew it’s time to let you in.

Catch a flight to Switzerland, go to the following address: Judenstrauss 62, Zurich W23 7CB, and ask for Mr. Goldman. He will send you through passage where you will meet a gentleman by the name of Meir Rothschild. After signing some documents, the secrets to worldwide domination will be revealed to you. If you’re luck you will run into Rupert Murdoch who must go there every two weeks to pay the Jewish tax on newspapermen.

Afterwords, Rothschild will ask that you help him count his gold coins while he watched you rubbing his hands together and laughing maniacally.

Also, you better get used to kugel.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/dahlelama/ DahlELama

@ misslinda: My approval of Chillbear as honorary Jew is actually dependent on whether or not the two of you get a room and liveblog it.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/chillbearlatrigue/ Chillbear Latrigue

    DahlELama wrote:

What’s all of this room business? I have a perfectly good mobile home I have a mobile home.

@ uncivilly obedient: That actually looks pretty awesome, but I’ve never had it.

Do you guys still have those Jewish singles’ nights? They look awesome!

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/dahlelama/ DahlELama

@ Chillbear Latrigue: Do we still have singles nights? That’s roughly the equivalent of “Are there still commercials during American Idol?” (I am currently watching American Idol. It was the first comparison to come to mind.)

And kugel is excellent. I make a great potato kugel, and a great zucchini kugel too. Worth the circumcision.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/chillbearlatrigue/ Chillbear Latrigue

@ DahlELama: And J-Date. What’s that all about? I feel like I’ve been released from a gentile prison.

in kugel? I don’t know, I think it would hurt my teeth.

Seriously though, robots make some of the best Jewish tailors:

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/dahlelama/ DahlELama

@ uncivilly obedient: I will do my best to remember to PM it to you some time this weekend. It’s basically like potato kugel but replace potato with 3-4 zucchini.

  • http://wordsmoker.com misslinda

My goyim husband makes potato latkes with zucchini and they are fantastic, so I am all in favor of swapping out potatoes with zucchini in a recipe.

  • http://wordsmoker.com/help/members-3/bjonston/ BJonston

The tribe is fine with robots, provided they’re circumcised.
