I may as well call this stuttering yet somehow recurring column “Funny Shit Wrap Says On Facebook”, as this is the third time I’ve ran something by her here. It’s not favoritism, and she doesn’t slip me cash under the counter like an Italian government official or anything – she just tends to transcend most other Facebook updates, either by ranting at squirrels, or this, rather mysterious and open-ended cry in the dark…

WrapItUp is very puzzled by this slightly shiny, smooth dark brown object by a road sign. Was it an engorged leech or slug, an inexplicably glossy stone, a wet piece of soft wood, or a small solitary dog poop? This is gonna bug me all day. I can just feel it.

Will this mysterious, smooth, dark brown object ever give up its secret? What can it be?
