    I get the D.A.R.E. shirt. I get using a cassette Walkman (either untouched or retrofitted with an iPod). I sort of get riding an uber-expensive bicycle that isn’t very functional.

    Using relatively new technology does not really say ironic to me. Why didn’t he go full-out and wear a custom-tailored suit and monogrammed shirt to finish the “ironic” ‘young banker’ or ‘successful salesman’ look?

    mama- I was home this weekend and understanding all too much that there is no irony in the midwest.

    I laughed on the inside, hipsterly. Refreshing to dump on Left Coast hipsters, for a change, like shitting on a different toilet, a cheap and passing sense of novelty.
